France, 2018. The country is progressively slipping into an authoritarian regime. A handful of political representatives from the opposition are trying to counter the malpractices of the presidency by denouncing abuses and blocking oppressive laws. Meanwhile, the government is trying to found its own private militia with the help of a shadowy figure: Alexandre Benalla.
Based on Secret Hitler, Secret Benalla was inspired by the Benalla affair that occurred in France mid-2018.
